Cancel anytime during or after the trial — no questions asked
If you don't subscribe after 14 days, your account will be automatically deleted to save server space

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use Rooted for personal growth and wellness tracking
  • Respect other users in group settings
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Not share inappropriate or harmful content in groups

Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

  • Use Rooted for illegal activities
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or compromise the platform
  • Harass, bully, or abuse other users
  • Create multiple accounts to exploit the referral system
  • Resell or redistribute Rooted access without permission

Subscription & Billing

Monthly Plan: $25/month, billed monthly. Cancel anytime.

Annual Plan: $240/year (~$20/month), billed yearly. Save $60/year.

Family Plan: $50/month for 4 members. Additional members $10/month each.

Refunds: If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll issue a full refund and delete your data.

After 30 days: No refunds, but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing.

Account Termination

By you: Cancel anytime through Settings. Your data will be deleted within 30 days.

By us: We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or exploit the platform.

Inactive accounts: If you don't log in for 12+ months, we may delete your account after email notification.

Limitation of Liability

Rooted Connection is a tool for personal growth, not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or financial advice.

We provide the platform "as is" and are not liable for any decisions you make based on app insights, AI suggestions, or user-generated content. Always consult professionals for serious health or life decisions.
